Responsibilities
Ensures the training of public sector personal in compliance with the Company’s obligations under the Exploration and Production Agreement:
Coordinates a training plan and agenda with management.
Issues, maintains and reports on a budget for the corresponding training.
Establishes agreements with training providers.
Coordinates the execution of the training: calendar, venues, means, instructors, etc.
Ensures the mandatory training of Total E&P Liban’s personnel as per Company’s Management System:
Maintains a plan and register of the mandatory training and reports needs to management and trainees.
Establishes agreements with training providers, from HQ or external.
Coordinates personnel attendance to training sessions if abroad.
Coordinates the execution of the training if it is done in Lebanon.
Basic Salary
1800 USD/Month
