Maintain acceptable level in Customer Satisfaction Ratings

Attend required department and/or team meetings.

Duties and Functions
Design layout of all our magazines, directories, brochures, ads, flyers, posters, etc... -Design & continuous update of our web sites and portals. -Scan all photos and make sure computer system is accurately color calibrated, so that we have a professional reproduction of colors at the printing press. -Improve and enhance the strong and professional identity/image of the company, by refining all forms, logos, invoices, memos, letterheads, envelopes... - Supervise and monitor all work that is sent to the printing press. -Implement a backup/archive solution to all images & material produced by graphic & web design department.
Responsibilities
Always be seeking methods to improve the workflow and make it more efficient, secire and profeesional, but at the same time, very user-friendly and transparent to all users.
